Privacy Policy

Last updated July 10, 2026

Droply (“Droply,” “we,” “us”) provides tools that let independent sellers (“operators”) run a storefront and take orders directly from their customers. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to people who place orders through a Droply storefront (“buyers”) and to operators who use Droply to run their business.

Information we collect

When you place an order, we collect the information needed to fulfill it: your name, your mobile phone number, the items you order, and (for delivery orders) your delivery address. Operators provide their own name, phone number, storefront details, and payment-app handles (such as Cash App, Venmo, or Zelle).

Droply does not process card payments or hold funds. Buyers pay operators directly through third-party payment apps, and any payment screenshot you upload is used only to let the operator confirm your payment.

How we use your information

We use your information to process and fulfill your orders, to show operators their own customers and order history, to send order-related notifications (see “Text messages” below), and to operate, secure, and improve the service. We do not sell your personal information.

Text messages (SMS)

Mobile information is not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information collected as part of the SMS consent process will not be shared with third parties.

If you opt in to text messages at checkout, we (and the operator you ordered from) may send you texts about your order — such as order confirmations and pickup reminders. Message frequency varies and depends on your order activity; you will generally receive messages only in connection with an order you have placed.

Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out of further texts, or HELP for help.

Your consent to receive order texts is not a condition of any purchase, and opting out will not affect your ability to place orders.

How information is shared

When you place an order, your order details (including your name, phone number, and any delivery address) are shared with the operator you ordered from, so they can fulfill your order and stay in touch with you as their customer. Operators are independent sellers responsible for their own use of that information.

We use service providers to run Droply — for example, hosting, database, and text-messaging providers — who process information on our behalf under agreements that limit their use of it. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the safety, rights, or property of users or the public.

Data retention & security

We keep information for as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations, then delete or de-identify it. We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, though no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Your choices

You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us at the address below. Operators can manage the customer information in their own accounts directly.

Children

Droply is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “last updated” date above.
